Project management
Akkor
Website of AKKOR, the Russian association of farms and agricultural cooperatives. I managed the project.
Challenge
AKKOR is Russia's national association of farms and agricultural cooperatives, and its website is a newsroom. Daily news, congress decisions, charter documents, regional branches, photo and video galleries.
That much content gets messy fast. The job was to keep it organised.
Solution
I managed this one. My work was between the client and the development team, keeping both moving in the same direction.
The result puts the main news first, then gives the association, its regional branches, its documents, state support and membership each a clear place.
