Shoo Sar

Most Arabic tech news is written for consumers. Developers and designers get very little that speaks to them.

I wanted a site that covers AI, programming, design, security and cloud — in Arabic, and without a full newsroom behind it.

I run shoo-sar.com as my own product.

The publishing side is automated wherever it can be, so one person can keep it going. For the parts no off-the-shelf tool did well, I wrote my own plugins: a night mode that follows the reader's device, and a branded image generated for every article shared on social media.
